Okay I have a intel i8700k cpu a rtx2070 gpu and 120mm fans

What’s is the sweet spot for cpu temps. Bad to good What about ram? Fan speeds? Temp in case?? Gpu??? And anything else I’m leaving out. Plz and thank you. Just build and pc. Want to know what to watch out for. P.s. what are good to bad voltages setting for things too if possible.
