Does the 980 ti lighten the load on the cpu usage? because my issues before was that the gtx 760 didn't run too well on 720p. but when I streamed 720p on a gtx 980 ti it streamed a BIT better, very chopy still due to cpu. amd fx 8320.. but this is a huge upgrade!

current build: i7 4790k gtx 980 ti 16 gb ram 750 psu what would be the best mother board that can over clock under 150$?

sorry, I have not bought the cpu yet and im buying a new case. so far I want the MSI ATX DDR3 2400 LGA 1150 Motherboards Z97 PC MATE so far its 476$ before taxes. trying to keep it less than 550. but I dont want to spend 150+ on a mobo unless it's really necessary.
