i did. i downloaded this software (https://www.softpedia.com/get/System/OS-Enhancements/Rizone-Take-Ownership-Shell-Extension.shtml) and installed it. Then, took ownership of the folder. i've done it about twice or thrice already but to no avail. :/
The folder used to be the Users folder in the C:// and I had the drive removed. So now, the former drive is now functioning as an external HDD.
anyway, when I had opened the folder, it said the subfolders were empty but the icon was it was normal icon, not the fainted one when it's empty...
The files are from a shared folder. I tried to download the folder itself (also in zip) but still very slow download speed. Speed are between 60 to 80 KB/sec.
Is there any solution to this? I can't find any in the web. TIA!
I should tell you that the memory using almost 100 pct does not always happen when disk usage goes too 100 pct. Sometimes memory usage hovers between 50 and 75% when disk usage is 100 pct.
