Hello! After changing some parts from my PC, my cpu fan is louder than it was before i changed the parts. It is on maximum speed. I have tried 3 different cpu fans and all of them go to Maximum speed in some time after using them. Any ideas? Thank you!

Hello, I recently got a new CPU cooler( Hyper 212 EVO) to get my PC to be quieter. I notice it when i am wearing my headphones. Anyone has experience with this CPU fan. The tempretures are 35 C when being on internet and 50 C if playing games. Is it supposed to be like that. Or how quiet is...
