Did i break my CPU?

Hello!

After changing some parts from my PC, my cpu fan is louder than it was before i changed the parts.
It is on maximum speed. I have tried 3 different cpu fans and all of them go to Maximum speed in some time after using them. Any ideas?

Are you sure the CPU Cooler is seated correctly?
You don't mention which Cooler you are using.
Have you turned off the BIOS control of the fan and accidental put it at 100%?
You provide virtually no information on computer/make/model/fan. Pretty wild to guess what you have

Hey, my cooler is coolermaster hyper 212 EVO. I can´t change fan speeds i think.
