How to change this MOBO´s CPU fan?

Hello, my fan is running at maximum speed all the time. The motherboard is Lenovo thinkcentre 4158. My speedfan program is different from others and can change the fan speed there. Maybe i can change it from BIOS, but i haven´t figured it out. Has anyone got idea how to change the speed at BIOS?

What temps are you getting? If it's running at the maximum speed constantly then it probably needs to be dusted out, canned air works well.

Hey, the Tempretures are low: while being on internet it its 35C normally and gaming 50C usually. The cooler is brand new, got it yesterday. Yes, it is running on maximum speed for some reason. 1.266V which means 31db which is the maximum speed of the cooler. Thank you!
