[SOLVED] Is there any reason to buy a kit instead of 2 separate identical RAM sticks?

Would get a better deal buying two separate 16 gb sticks than a memory kit for the same brand and model.

Question AIO mounted upside down(front mounted, pump at bottom), does it affect thermals?

Thanks for the reply! Sadly my mobo is too large to use as an exhaust, but it'll be something I'll have to think about for my next build.

Question AIO mounted upside down(front mounted, pump at bottom), does it affect thermals?

Case: Phanteks p400s AIO: Nzxt Kraken x62 My AIO is mounted in the front of my chassis, however the pump is at the bottom of the case, does this negatively affect thermals or pump speeds(sounds a lot) for example? Could it be related to the pump not being able to go below 2000rpm? Thanks!

I recently completed a new build and my kraken speeds up a lot when I'm doing something as simple as starting chrome, when playing a game like csgo it will immediately boost to 100% fan speed, quickly throttle down and then quickly throttle up again. My thermals aren't bad either so I don't know...

[SOLVED] Things often forgotten before wiping your storage?

After 5 years, I'm replacing my PC. I plan to reuse my HDD(I also have a 1 TB 970 EVO SSD that will be used for my new build). A new build will require me to wipe my aforementioned HDD and therefore I want to make sure I don't wipe anything valuable. What are things you have thought you should...
