swapped the rams slots I got it to work again

Reset the CMOS and reinstalled the ram still nothing, the rest of the parts are getting power

so I think i messed up bad. I OC my ram from 2400mhz to 2800 and it was fine then I got cocky and put it to 3200. The pc turns on but no sign of life to the keyboard or monitors. I usually heard one beep when the pc started but now I don't hear anything. It's an asus mobo. Any help is appreciated

so basically I have a 240gb ssd installed with windows 10 rn. I have all my games from my old build on a hard drive but it has windows 8.1 installed. How can I delete just windows 8.1 and keep the rest for games? Will I need another pc to wipe the drive?
