CPU: I5-2500

Sometimes when I turn on my PC it will flash a white light only about a second and goes back to normal. I just wanted to know if this is normal or not? The VGA seems fine btw when I use it nothing seems to be of issue. The VGA is Gigabyte RX 580 4GB
I did some research and I can get i5-9400F for 145.61 USD. Is that any better? Sorry I'm kinda new at this not sure which 1 is better I usually just look at this website

I don't really know if that's...
Ryzen 5 2600X is 193.21 USD (I'm not sure why Ryzen seems to cost more here I live in Indonesia) but I guess this build is doable with my budget. So should I go with that instead or is there anything from intel that you could say equal with R5 2600X? Maybe it's cheaper here I'm not sure
I have about 400$ for my budget right now
I3 9100f in my country is 82.26 USD and 104.26 USD for Ryzen 3 3200G
Which one should be best to buy and more future proof?
Right now I have i5-2500 with RX 580 4gb (Yes it's a bottleneck this is the first time I built a pc and I made a mistake choosing what to buy) and I'm planning to upgrade my CPU with something better. Right now I'm just not sure if I should go switch to Ryzen or go to i3 9100F (In my country...
Right, sorry my bad! But may I know why the non-M is better than the other?
I actually found a non-M type that's actually cheaper and I'm planning on buying right away.
Also turns out that the BQ PP10 isn't available, so I'm thinking of going with the Corsair brand yet I'm still not sure if the non-M or M type is the better one?
How about the Be Quiet u9? Is it good?
Hey sorry is it okay to ask more? You told me to go for the non-M type for the corsair right? Yet when I'm searching it told me that the M type is better? Sorry I'm a little confused here
