Just wondering is the Geforce on my rtx 3050 supposed to light up ?

I want to upgrade my ryzen 5 2400g. Was thinking to a Ryzen 7 5700g. i live in canada and mostly play farming simulator and budget under $400 and would go good with my rtx 3050 ?
