    undo the overclocking

It doesn't seem like your CPU has an overclock on it as the i5-2500K has a base frequency of 3.30GHz and a boost clock of 3.70GHz. You can see this for yourself here: http://ark.intel.com/products/52210/Intel-Core-i5-2500K-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_70-GHz

    MSI Z170A Gaming M5 Error 62

The CPU you have is a KabyLake model and your motherboard will not recognise it as the motherboard was released when the SkyLake chips were more common. To run your CPU with the Z170A motherboard, you need to update the BIOS by visiting https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/Z170A-GAMING-M5 and...

    PSU reliable HELP

I used to have that PSU and can say that it is quality. Never had any issues with it and it is super quiet. Being fully modular means that you will also have less clutter of cables in your case. I would definitely recommend it. I only changed it because I upgraded my graphics card which required...

If you do still want to upgrade your PC, I would recommend building your own system...

    CPU "overworking" HELP

Your temps seem perfectly fine. Don't forget that some games are CPU bound so will use more CPU power. Here's a free utility to measure your system temps: http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html this will give you a lot more information compared to Afterburner.

I get A message on boot up

Make sure that you have arranged your boot priority order in BIOS to boot off the SSD. If that doesn't work try unplugging the SSD and re attaching it making sure it is correctly connected.

I5 6600k is this overclock safe

Seems perfectly fine. As long as you keep your temperatures and voltage in check your CPU's lifespan will not really take major a hit. With the temp and voltage, you have mentioned in your post, you will easily get way more than 5 years out of it.
