I found the solution. The problem was that I was running Single Channel Mode because my RAM sticks were only using channel B (DIMM_1 & DIMM_3). So I left DIMM_1 alone and switched the RAM stick from DIMM_3 to DIMM_2 so now it's in Dual Channel mode. I cannot believe how much of a difference...
