My i5 3450 get temps of around 75-82 degrees under gaming load. Is this a cause of concern or just fine? I have a stock cooler and cm 690 III case with 1 200mm and 1 120mm intake fans and 2 120mm exhaust fans. The room temperature currently is around 30-35 degrees.

Just checked amazon and saw them both to be at 690$. Hybrid seems to have lower clock speeds however. Which one is better? Any known issues for either? Is the AIO cooler prone to leakage? I'm also a bit skeptical about having water inside my case. So there's that.

Currently in newegg, Evga FTW 980ti is 629.99$ and Gigabyte Xtreme 980ti is 689.99$. If I go for xtreme, I have to change my plans of buying a wd black 2tb to a wd black 1tb. So, my question is that is it worth paying the extra 60$ i.e. losing 1tb to buy xtreme over ftw?
