do u have a different PSU to test out? Make sure your PSU is working and is good enough for your rig.

I suggest you should save up a bit more. u'll get a lot better parts (value/$ wise) maybe a new mobo that can support stronger cpu :) like the x4 940 (damm only 150 now)
