honestly, i would go for windows 8 ( if you plan to play BF4 ) and recommending closed loop liquid CPU cooler like corsair h80 or h100. Also i would change Sapphire hd7850 to gtx760. gtx 760 performs better with better cooling. (70 bux more expensive ) other then that, everything looks fine...

If you had money, and enough PSU, i would go with Gtx 680 sli setup or Gtx780. but i would recommend Gtx680 since the price of it dropped.
