I did some further researh and yes you're right that psu is pure junk guess who ever built this machine knew nothing about pcs .
I just found out that amd is recommending a specific range of aio's for cooling the 3950x with the minimum of 280mm which is not the case with my actual pc, this feels...

So here's the deal we bought a brand new pc for our 3d and motion graphics design studio and things didn't turn out as excpected , it's a total mess , ae projects even the smallest keeps crashing so is c4d renderings with long rendering times ,fans are spinning like crazy with loud...
Yeah you're right , he is just trying to recover some important files BTW i managed to find a way to repair it 😁 i had to disable the fdd on the bios since it was sharing the molex power cable with the hdd , apparently its broken and was causing the boot error ...😕 at least now i can start up...

So a friend of mine brought me his faulty pc an old Pentium 4 , hoping i could restore it , I tried my best with it fixed some issues like the long continuous beep by swapping the ram module , replaced a dead CMOS battery ...but the only thing that drove me crazy was the indetectd ide...

I just figured out what was causing the problem ..i had to reset the cmos , the first try didn't work out cause i used a small screw-driver to shorten the two very tiny metal dots on the mobo ..for a few seconds ...this time i took my time (more than 5 seconds) and it worked !!! 😀

Quick update :
i just replaced the old cmos battery with an equivalent 2032 model , turned on the system and prayed for some miracle , unfortunately nothing changed .
Same symptoms power and HDD led's on, cpu fan spinning the rest is dead silent.😕
I would go with the SeaSonic - S12II 550W 80+ Bronze but i don't know about the prices i seems like they didn't include any , i tried with EVGA too same thing 😕...
I don't technically own the laptop it belongs to a friend who is not techsavvy , by the looks of it no the battery was never replaced ! Take a look here
