My friend wasn't able to load webpages and games would have massive stutters. He just bought a new pc and is having the same issues without adding an add block onto it so I dont think its that. Not exactly sure what the problem is seeing that wifi works.

My friend said he got it from amazon and some other sites. He built it himself so idk if those companies just dumped extra stock they had on amazon. So should he just get the bios from the Z390 GAMING X (rev 1.0) or Z390 GAMING X (rev 1.1) then if thats the case?

Welp... I just gave up on the whole connector thing and plugged my fans into the AIO Pump pins and the CPU fan pins on the motherboard and it all works in the end. So now I got it all working.

The case fans are also Rosewill fans and they are all connected to one point that is a connector for all of them and I did plug the connector into a cable that goes into the power supply. My main issue is that it isnt powering the fans. I dont know what the problem is with it. I was assuming it...
