I currently have a EVGA 430W W1 80+ and was wondering if I had the required cables for the GPU. PCPartPicker says that my total system draw would be around 360W, so I think I'm fine in that aspect.

The title is fairly self explanatory, and I'm going to assume that this temperature is not at all safe for my CPU. Could this possibly be throttling back my CPU and do I have to replace thermal paste?
