I checked samsung magician and all my firmware is updated. I also used glary utilities to clear out some things relating to boot and also used it to fix registry, however still did nothing. Also do you mean to ask me to post what I have on startup? Because turning everything off on startup...

Thanks but still didn't get rid of the issue lowered my bios time by about 6 seconds though : D

Unplugging the 1tb didn't do much, I tried unplugging both and re-plugging them and its still the same.

If 850 watts is fine then i'd probably go for a Corsair RM850x Gold psu.

I've been choosing between whether i not should get a 850w psu or 1000w, does 1000w seem a bit overkill?

Mmm, only when the clicking sound isn't happening cause the normal temps are around 30-40c. I'm pretty sure the cooler is fine because i've done nothing that could've caused it to break.
