I was told by support that my motherboard had a manufacturing defect where my ram would not work properly. What should I do? Can I build a new pc with same parts but with a different motherboard? Will all my files be saved if its on the hard drive?

I have an ASRock killer sli/ac x370 motherboard paired with a Ryzen 7 2700x (stock cooler) and 16 gb of 2933 mhz ddr4 ram. I just checked temps and its at a comfortable 50 degrees which is relieving.

on speccy it states that my cpu is running at 115 degrees which is very hot. Do i need a better cpu cooler? and could my cpu running at this high temp be the reason why my ram wont go to its full speed?

On my pc, I usually recieve 120 down and 10 up using wireless and I tried using a ethernet cable today and it is 10 up and 10 down? what is the problem here?
