I havent tried Cinebench, but have tried Prime95 and it hit about 78C on Small FFT, which I believe is a harder hit and is a stress test so has no specific duraction - just goes until you stop it and I let it run until the temps stopped going up for a while.

So i scanned my computer with a driver update tool and now it skips around maybe, possibly SLIGHTLY less, but still has crackling and audio skips that are infuriating. Halp me

Nah, you are fine - it's just a stock cooler and a very demanding program is all.

Those NZXT case's have very unique negative pressure airflow situations. I just got a 3600 and have a 240 AIO on it and it idles around 30-38C, and under Prime95 Small FFT gets to 78C. You have a stock cooler and are running Cinebench, in game you are not going to see crazy temps. Or at least...
