     Hello Everyone, I am not building or upgrading any PC and just asking this question out of curiosity. Suppose I want to build a pc. I buy a motherboard (amd, gigabit or any other brand) and want to know if a cpu/processor(intel or amd) is compatible or not. How can I do this??

     I am not sure what do you mean by power source. My pc take power from the wall outlet as any other electronic device. And have a 220V PSU.

     When I touch my cpu case I don't feel electric shock but the back metal panel has electric current when I test for current using a electricity tester. Like this one Is my PC grounded/earthed or not???

      I am making a website and want to have a PayPal payment gateway on the website but I do not own a business. can I do this without owning a website, if no then are there any alternatives to Paypal which helps me to do so? Regards

      Question Use keras without tensorflow???????

      I have windows 7 32 bit installed in my pc. I wanted to use tenserflow but found that it doesn't work on 32 bit system. So I decided to use keras but then found that keras now runs on the top of tensorflow. My question is: Can I use keras without tensorflow?
