so i recently move my computer across canada and it was in a car driving for a few days and now when i set it up in my new house across canada (toronto-vancouver) my computer keeps crashing after using it for a while or when using to many applications and im not sure how to fix PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi i just got a new RAM (corsair vengeance 2x4gb) i want to install it into my current computer which only has one stick of 4gb ram. when i installed it it only showed i can only use 4gb and not 8 i dont know how to change my MOBO so it can run the ram in dual channel mobo is MSI 760GM-P23...
