Just to add to this after some days have passed. I swapped the ram with the same ones but 32gb (for future upgrades) and while XMP was enabled it, I put it on the actual RAM speed (3200 hz) instead of 2133 hz, and the problem has stopped completely. Could have been a faulty ram set.

It might be due to the heat, but today it stopped at the Asrock logo with the number 98 top right and never got past it. Had to force shutdown and start it again to work.

Should be P1.10 if I'm reading it correctly. Also, I have run passmark test and got these results but memtest doesn't show anything problematic with ram. Probably it's at 29% due to it being only 16gb or maybe lower clock speed than newer ones, I guess.
