Oh, i guess its my isp since they provided my router,but like i told you they have no idea of what im talking about.It was very frustrating experience trying to explain.The guy i was talking to literally didnt know about cmd ping or tracer...I will try to contact them once more with router logs...

Apparently one light is indicating the connection and other one is indicating activity (blinking one),mine is blinking and other one isnt even lighting up but i got connection,weird...I just unistalled drivers and manually installed ones from mobo manufature website(support for 1809 only) and...
