You want it lower than the genie voltage. Those things make way too much heat as they're designed to run with the worst chips

Often the 2600x actually beats a 2700x in gaming. Neither of those cpus need a 360mm rad aio. Both can reach max clocks with most if not all $60+ air coolers with good temps.
