Your RAM stick may be damaged from overclocking. Try following the instructions from Thineswar (good link) but if it doesnt work try a different stick or sticks of RAM.

Generally, integrated graphics are not enough to run most games effectively as it shares resources with the CPU. As for playability for Gmod, I highly doubt it. It is a very old game and even my PC struggles sometimes. I used to play Gmod on my laptop before and I barely got 20 FPS.
