Hi guys, as per topic... its a gigabyte ga g41m. Does not post when switched on, i have to press the reset button only then it begins to post. At times, when i switch on the power button, the fan spins like crazy, i then use the reset button... then it posts. Thank you.

My Computer shows up ? - then go to Local Disk C, access it - then choose Documents & Settings - then choose your user name where your stuffs are - back em up

u need to set at the BIOS to boot from the USB disk....make the the first preference...u should be able to install...
