I have had this problem since I got my PC but I have just ignored it but now It has really annoyed me. An Update keeps failing and Everytime I go to turn my pc off it will need to Update and Shut Down or Update and Restart. The update always fails and reverts.. Any Ideas? I have a screenshot...

I will have a new PC This christmas but I don't have a USB. Instead of putting Steamapps on a USB Drive can I not just Upload my Steamapps to my dropbox and download it on my new pc?

My Internet Speed is 200Mb/s but Im downloading an Update for a game and im getting 1.70 MB/s on the download. I did an Internet speed and im only getting 60MB/s overall. When our Router is a 200Mb/s router.
