Running malwarebytes, and adw right now. Might take a second.

Had it at 5.0 for the longest time. As soon as it started stuttering trying messing with the vcore a little, and lowered it. All my temps look good. All below what are considered normal. 30-50c for games and 65-70c for gpu. Which the 295x2 throttles at 75.

Basically I have been having issues with my computer. Basically with every game I play it stutters and the frame rate is all over the place. Both of the 212's are awesome for a cheap cooler. Just make sure that they fit in your case.

Have you thrown a different hard drive in there? Seems like there is no boot device for the pc?

Have you tried looking at your hard drive? Hard drives make noise whenever they spin up.

Yeah that would be the easiest way to tell.

If you go play a newer game like dying light, or something like crysis 3 or something really intensive and watch your CPU usage. If it hits 80-90% usage while you are playing any of this then you have a bottleneck.
