Yea its low, well to me. my old card, which was pretty crap, would utilize the entire card. even on low. Im wanting to see it almost maxxed out. thats only 85. im trying to get 95 or 90. Can i force or allocate memory?

I have the same card. what game are you on? Try upping the clock speed to 1070 or 1100. They both work decently well.

I see your budget is low but i would try to find a DX12 card. But if i was in your position i would pick the ZOTAC gtx550ti GDDR5 1GB 192bit. IMO
