Could you specify the exact headset? Because if it has microphone looping, that might be the problem. That would make sense why it only makes the noise when you move your head or the microphone.

Ok, so basically I've been having this problem where when I overclock past 4 GHz, when windows boots I get a "missing C:/windows/win32 x.exe/dll/whatever" but when I lower my clock back below 4, it boots fine. Literally no changes but decreasing the clock and windows can find all of the files...

I'm overclockingand using prime95 to stress test, and it gets my CPU up to 60 (max temp) in ~30 seconds. My fan has only gone up about one step by the time it's heated up. Using an Asrock 970 Extreme3 r2.0 and a Thermaltake NiC F4.

Can you provide the model and brand of the 780? Like EVGA, ASUS, MSI, etc? The 780 is relatively new and the reference design (idk why a manufacturer would remove a feature) most likely supports it.

That thing should perform exceptionally well at 1080p, and pretty nice at 1440p. As far as recording goes, it depends on the codec (for example, h254 (or something like that) relies on CPU).

Edit: I forgot to mention, you should be able to run most games at 1080p on the highest settings, with no problem on this. Also, 2 of these go over the your budget by 20 bucks. I personally think that the extra performance is worth it, but you can always downgrade the ram to 6 or even 4 if you...
