Is running a server like cpu intensive or is it light on everything?

What do you mean by a certain router? i also plan to use it for only 1 game... also i wanna run this server to play with some friends which would only have 5-10 people on it at a time maybe.. also would the server take up a lot of power?

Games such as like minecraft or so.. as i want to switch the server to like different games if that is even possible.. though if not it wil be most likely minecraft or another game along the line...... here is the pc...

i have full control of the files.. i think it has something to do with winrar as i used it to extract the files but i guess the path got curropted or something and it caused it to extract them just to the modules folder.. and i have full control over the files

Windows 8 was orginally designed for touch screen and they only changed a few things around before releasing it to pc i would stick with windows 7.. im waiting for windows 9 to hopefully come out next year

would it be possible for me to carry thw windows 7 on my pc over to a new pc?
