Is the Power Supply good quality?
    Any possible flaws or incompatibilitys?
What BIOS does the motherboard ship out with. Does it work with the Intel Core i5-4690K?

The CX series is a tier 3 psu, for the price of the psu, there are better ones. It'll most likely get you through what you need it to do, with that amount of wattage you'll have enough room for overclocking, but it's not ideal. If you want to keep that one you can, but the cx series does have a shorter life span as far as I'm aware.

These psu's would do better even though they have less power output because they have some better components:

Minimum recommended PSU would be a XFX 550w.

If you want more headroom and what not for this system, a 650w would do.

If you want a decent 750w semi-modular psu...

okay..thanks for the feedback 😀

For $1100 you could do a bit better. I swapped the mediocore PSU(cx uses cheap secondary caps that have longevity issues) for a much better Seasonic unit, added some faster ram, and a faster R9 290 GPU.
