    As weird as it might be I found out that the windows is probably telling the truce! I tested the ping on my brother's pc. I get the same amount of time out. So I guess it's my provider after all.

    Basically, as long as you don't hit 65-70 degrees, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. from there to 80 or 85 is basically very ok for short periods but it's not really good for long times.
