Ok, I found the problem. My previous CPU Cooler was dead and I just didn't realise it. I replaced the CPU Cooler and I'm getting temperatures 50 Degrees and below. There are no more fps issues and I'm getting normal behaviour. Thanks for all your help!

I forgot to mention, I have a 2560x1440p monitor. Could part of the problem be due to that? Would it be time for an upgrade if that were the case?

Also, I haven't cleaned the radiator for the AIO in a while, could the issue be due to this?

Also, When playing recent titles like Far Cry 5, the GPU usage in normally at 8-10% sometimes 16%. Is that a problem? Shouldn't it be higher? My Cpu however, is at 50% most of the time when in game.

What would be a "top level" gpu? When I bought the monitor the technician said that the 1080p monitor was "too overkill" for my current gpu, recommending my current monitor. I get low VRAM usage in games but low fps... Shouldn't I get more fps if I have low VRAM usage in game?
