Well i found my own solution lol. I use the Msi afterburner and I change the fan speed manually... I dont know why but my gpu's auto fan spinning thingy got some problem or something. It only spins the fans when its on super high temp... thats why....

hey,i recently upgraded my GPU to MSi R9 380.When im playing csgo, the gpu gets super hot, i mean it get to 99 degrees. The FPS is kinda unstable, its sometimes 200, 100 or even lower than 100. Im playing on 1280x1024 all max out and 4xmsaa HELP Pls, that card is only 1 month old.
