MSI r9 380 4g gets to 99 degrees when playing csgo, Is that normal?

hey,i recently upgraded my GPU to MSi R9 380.When im playing csgo, the gpu gets super hot, i mean it get to 99 degrees. The FPS is kinda unstable, its sometimes 200, 100 or even lower than 100.

Im playing on 1280x1024
all max out and 4xmsaa

HELP Pls, that card is only 1 month old.

If your card is the one with the backplate then it should max out at about 70c, something is wrong and your card may be broken.

Do you have any idea of what fan speed it's running at when that hot?

that' 99 degrees. is it Fahrenheit or centigrade?

Well i found my own solution lol. I use the Msi afterburner and I change the fan speed manually...
I dont know why but my gpu's auto fan spinning thingy got some problem or something. It only spins the fans when its on super high temp... thats why....
