Perchance did you update Windows 11 recently I had an issue where I got the new update 22H2 and It completely screwed my graphics card up with EVGA precision x1 I had to delete it only way I could get it to run normally again. I try uninstalling it just to see if it works and if that doesn't fix...

Thanks for the assistance I did a fresh ddu install of my graphics drivers and that seemed to fix the problem.

Have you checked how your card to set up in MSI afterburner. Something similar happened to me where I would be getting close to 100 FPS in games I can usually get well over 250 somehow my power slider for my card had gotten turned down.
