i found the issue ..recent windows update did some conflicting issues with the realtek driver which reset some registry values... restored my system to an earlier restore point which solved the issue

I am using BX600C-IN ups for past 4 months. Suddenly it isn't turning on .I have tried common troubleshooting steps but none of them working. It isn't turning on at all.
