Yes of course, what I mean by stuck in safemode is that everytime I would choose normal startup it would go back to safemode / selective startup...

Let me start off by explaining what happened yesterday... it began by me not having sound only in one of my programs which was easy enough to fix as I just had to start another version of it and somehow that had worked, so not complaining about that... then it progressed onto the task manager...
