I'd take all the cables out, read the motherboard's manual about cables what and where to put and put everything together again.

Hello again everybody. I need a better CPU cooler because mine is the stock one and it isn't going good. My budget is +-$15 and i can't go higher, so which one of the coolers down bellow is better ? Also will a 400W PSU hold on with all these stuff. I don't really understand what 130W stand for...
