    Most SSD's come with somekind of transfer software, or they have a website from which you could download transfer software. After that like Clutch said above run disk clone and you should have everything the same just like on HD, except your pc will be faster.

    Are you using 2 identical cards. If so, in that case completely re-install drivers.

    If gaming, streaming and some other workstations applications go for 2700x, plus its easier to upgrade in the future. If gaming only go for 8700 but be aware of spectrum issues that is comes with.

    Can you get into BIOS. You might need BIOS update. Also look closely on your motherboard sometimes red light will tell you what is wrong. Could be your cpu needs to be reseeded.

    First you need to make sure that your modem is docses 3.0. If you don't have that upgrade to that. It will optimize your internet speed to the max. Also to have higher speed router helps too.
