I'm not running either at full speed. Are you sure the pump is meant to be full speed? Why add the pwm option if its meant to run at 100% all the time?

Are you sure? Motherboard website states up to 24W per header with over current protection. (Aorus X570 ITX) The noctua nf-a12x25 are only supposed to draw max of 1.68W per fan
