It generally is a very good resource for fixing any issue with a computer. It is to help find where the problem is, not how to fix it. It is very extensive.

If they do not work, then I do not know what to do. I am definitely not an expert on motherboards so you should seek further help from someone who knows more about motherboards if these do not work.

You could try going into bios and loading defaults. You could also update the bios revision from the motherboard manufacturer. Try the first one first though. Make sure you get the right BIOS for your motherboard as it can break the whole motherboard if you get the wrong one that isn't compatible.

Having two brands of ram in a PC doesn't make a massive difference, although in a new build it is best not to mix so you get the most optimal performance possible.

If the BIOS was laggy then the SSD isnt causing the slow down. The BIOS does not need to access the SSD (other than for information such as name and size). Also SATA 2 is still fast. There isn't a major difference in real world performance between SATA 2 and SATA 3.

In the other thread, you relied on windows update to get the drivers. I recommend going to the manufacturers website and downloading them directly from there.

The graphics card and cpu is very capable of those games. The r7 265 is more or less equivalent to the gtx 750 ti which was shown in the videos posted above.
