A Required device isn't connected or can't be accessed - Error code 0xc000000f

I had this error come up when I turned on my computer the other day. I inserted my 8.1 installation disk and used the 'startup repair' tool to see if that fixed the problem, but had no luck with that. I used command prompt to try and rebuild the bcd, but after it had scanned it came up with '0...

advice on my first gaming pc build

Nice build, the only thing you should really change is the PSU, the CX series isn't great quality.

    Please help (hardware)

The intel build will give you better gaming performance and I would go for the 970 as you get better FPS in most games and consumes less power. Judging by the 850w PSU I'm guessing you're planning to get a second GPU in the future?

Is this better? Final touches on a gaming pc

To be honest I would only get a 120gb ssd for windows.

1st time building computer, need advise on parts

Really solid and well constructed build, the only thing I would change is the GPU by going for a gtx 970. In most games you get better performance and it consumes less power. I think they're around the same price as well.

    Amateur building a New Computer

It's a good build but you there's some changes you could make for price/performance optimisation 1. The CPU cooler you have chosen is good but not necessary if you don't want to overclcock over 4.2-4.4 ghz, the Cooler Master 212 hyper evo is highly recommended is this is the case 2. I'm...

    Help with overclocking i5 4690k

There are plenty of sites that take you step by step on how to do it, it's really simple. It just involves gradually increasing your CPUs clock speed in your BIOS (your mobos manual will show you how were to find this and how to change it) by say 100mhz at a time followed by running a stress...

Yeh really nice build. You don't need 750w for it though.
