Just Cause 3 is overall a really fun game, if you like GTA you would love Just Cause 3. The visuals will be really nice, and the gameplay is from trailers, very explosive. Concept and goal of the game is to have fun, alike most games on the market. If you do purchase, hope you have fun :)
