Hello so I have got a bit of a problem. I live in a flat in 8th floor and I use one of the best internets out here... not service of the internet...but like the best provider... and I tried 3 consoles, 3 monitors and 3 TVs with every single settings combination and my gameplay in any fps games...

I played only call of duty fortnite and apex legends and it does that on each of them. And on every console and on every monitor. Other games like Forza Gta i cant really tell cause i played fps games since i was young and i am sensitive to that
