kind of worried that my cpu might die in this temperature

My cpu temperature is in between 69°C-74°C (not going over 75°C) while playing Rainbow Six Siege. Cpu usage is 70%-80% while the gpu usage is 100%. Is this cpu temperature normal with intel stock cooler? specs are - i3-10100 10th gen with stock cooler, GT 1030 and 2x8gb 2400mhz ram.

Hi I am a little bit confused because nobody is giving me an accurate answer! Can I record on OBS with i3-10100F/i3-10105F? Is there any cpu encoder (like x264) on these processors? (Have GT 1030 so there is no NVENC) Also will I get any display output if I use "F" processors without a GPU?
