Question Thermal Paste Issue

I am using Core i3 8100 with its stock cooler for about 3.5 years and I never changed my thermal paste (paste was pre-applied on cooler). But I changed the paste today and got 40C on idle just after the application process but after 3 hours I was getting 60C on idle and 85C+ while in-game menu and the cooler was sounding like a jet plane. Then I took the cooler out from the board and again placed it on the board (paste was still fresh and i didnt do anything) and now I am getting 45C on idle and 60C on in-game menu and the cooler is fairly quiet. I wanted to know if it's normal and safe for me. Thanks for the reading the long story!

our weather is pretty hot in Bangladesh its like 30C-35C and our room temp in around 25C-30Cish

If the max temp is 45°C idle, it seems OK to me.

It's usually the core with highest temp, other cores might have lower temp.
